The Sweetest Bean Vanilla

Co-Founder and co-owner of The Sweetest Bean, Shana Gilbert, lived and worked in Uganda for a decade. She created an organization that put almost 65 kids through school, created micro-businesses and taught life skills. We now employ a group of them to cure our vanilla and sending it directly to us in Colorado. The vanilla industry is extremely corrupt and we believe in paying a fair wage, ending the cycle of poverty for our team and their families, all while bringing incredible vanilla to market. We started The Sweetest Bean in July of 2020.
