During a 2007 jam session — likely crafting another tune about their cheese cravings — they composed a love song for cheese enthusiasts everywhere. This passion sparked an idea: a cheese that wouldn't leave any cheese lover behind. A cheese inviting all to revel in plant-based dairy-free comfort. From this vision, Daiya Foods was born.
