It all started 15 years ago, on a Taco Tuesday, when we often had a waiting list of guests vying to try one of my wife Paige's famed burritos. I decided then to start a food company and name it after our loyal and trusted dog, Red.
Since then, we've grown beyond burritos to breakfast sandwiches and more, yet our commitment to crafting delicious food using the highest quality ingredients has never wavered. That's because we know we aren't just feeding our own families but yours, too
