Ele Chocolates is a labor of love founded by myself and my mother, Melissa Stephens. While my background is in animation and illustration, hers is in artisanal chocolate! Several years ago the CEO of Synbiotic Health, Tim Brummels, received our family business' cordial cherries as a gift and reached out with hopes of collaborating on a chocolate based probiotic supplement. Not long after (2022), Ele Chocolates was born!
